Cincinnati Reds outfielder Jesse Winker went 1-for-4 with a solo homer in a 5-4 win over the New York Mets on Monday. Winker has now set a career high with eight homers in a little over a month of action. Overall, the young outfielder is slashing .239/.316/.534 with the eight homers, 16 runs and 13 RBI. Cincinnati Reds outfielder Jesse Winker went 2-for-3 with a double and a walk in a 6-3 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals on Saturday. The double goes down as the first of the season for Winker, who is hitting .238 with an .828 OPS, seven homers, 14 runs, and 12 RBI. Despite the low total of doubles, Winker's power stroke through the first month of the season has been impressive as he hit seven homers in 89 games in 2018 and has already reached that total this season.
