Jeff Suppan (triceps) will throw a 30-pitch bullpen session Tuesday. The veteran right-hander has been rehabbing in Arizona after suffering a triceps injury during spring training. He'll be assigned to Triple-A Tucson once he's healthy.

He had a 5.06 ERA between Brewers and Cardinals in 2010 and is likely to serve as organizational depth for San Diego.
