Fraley (quadriceps) was activated from the 7-day injured list Monday.
EDGE Analysis
As expected, Fraley is back in action with Triple-A Tacoma after a brief stay on the IL with quadriceps tightness. Prior to landing on the shelf, the 24-year-old compiled a .262/.321/.524 slash line with six home runs and six steals across 32 games (140 plate appearances) with Tacoma.

Triple-A Tacoma placed Fraley on its 7-day injured list Monday due to quadriceps tightness, Tacoma radio broadcaster Mike Curto reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Mariners don't view the injury as a significant one for Fraley, who is expected to miss close to the minimum amount of time as a result of the setback. The 24-year-old outfielder has slashed .262/.321/.524 with six home runs and six steals across 140 plate appearances since being promoted from Double-A Arkansas in late June.

Fraley is 4-for-16 with a double, a triple, a home run, five RBI, two walks and five runs over his first five games with Triple-A Tacoma.
EDGE Analysis
The bulk of Fraley's production in that sample actually came in his Rainiers debut last Friday, when the outfielder went 2-for-3 with a homer and four RBI against El Paso. The 24-year-old earned his recent promotion after dominating Double-A arms to the tune of a .313/.386/.539 line over 61 games, and the hard contact he's already making in Tacoma implies his bat speed appears up to the task against the next level of competition.

Fraley was promoted to Triple-A Tacoma on Thursday, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
After posting a .313/.386/.539 line with 11 home runs and 47 RBI at Double-A Arkansas, there wasn't much left for Fraley to prove at that level. Consequently, he'll now have a chance to test his mettle at the next rung of the organizational ladder. One of Fraley's more dramatic areas of improvement this season has been in the power department, as he'd totaled a modest seven home runs across 151 games during his three seasons with the Rays organization prior to the November 2018 trade that saw him and Mallex Smith shipped to Seattle.

Fraley was removed from Wednesday's game with Double-A Arkansas after fouling a ball off his leg.
EDGE Analysis
Fraley was unable to finish the at-bat but did leave the field under his own power. It's unclear whether the 24-year-old is expected to require a trip to the 7-day injured list.

Fraley, RotoWire's No. 3-ranked prospect in the Mariners organization, is slashing .316/.397/.500 with 17 extra-base hits (10 doubles, two triples, five home runs), 26 RBI, 16 walks, 11 stolen bases and 25 runs across 179 plate appearances with Double-A Arkansas.
EDGE Analysis
Fraley hadn't progressed beyond the High-A level with the Rays organization prior to his offseason trade to Seattle, but he's demonstrated he's more than capable of handling the next level with his performance so far this season. Fraley also made a good impression on Mariners manager Scott Servais this past spring, and his body of work with the Travelers lends credence to the notion he could potentially receive a callup to Triple-A at some point before the season concludes.

Fraley was sent to minor-league camp Wednesday, Shannon Drayer of 710 ESPN Seattle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fraley hit well in 29 spring plate appearances, posting a .960 OPS while hitting a pair of homers. He spent last season at High-A Charlotte in the Rays' system and will likely open 2019 at the Double-A level.

Fraley received an invitation to major-league spring training, TJ Cotterill of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fraley missed the first two months of the 2018 season at High-A due to an injury, but he mashed when he returned to action. He produced a .347/.415/.547 slash line with four homers, 41 RBI and 11 stolen bases across 260 plate appearances. After being traded to the Mariners over the offseason, the 23-year-old will get a chance to play with the major-league squad for a bit, though he'll likely spend much of the 2019 campaign at the Double-A level as he gets more accustomed to upper-level pitching.

A deal has been agreed upon that will send Fraley and Mallex Smith from the Rays to the Mariners in exchange for Mike Zunino, Guillermo Heredia and Michael Plassmeyer, Ryan Divish of the Seattle Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Injuries prevented Fraley's career from taking off in his first full season after being selected out of LSU with the No. 77 overall pick in 2016. However, he was one of the best hitters in the Australian Baseball League last offseason and hit .347/.415/.547 with four home runs, 11 steals and a 44:26 K:BB in 260 plate appearances at High-A this season. He is an excellent defender in center field, makes hard contact to all fields and rarely strikes out. The big key for him going forward will be to prove he can hold up over a full season. This trade is a boon for his dynasty-league owners, as the Rays have seemingly endless organizational outfield depth and the Mariners have one of the worst farm systems in baseball. He turns 24 in May and will likely be assigned to Double-A.

Fraley is on the 7-day disabled list at High-A Charlotte with an undisclosed injury.
EDGE Analysis
Fraley is a pretty nondescript prospect when just looking at his production through 85 pro games stateside, but he really turned heads this winter in the Australian Baseball League. The 22-year-old outfielder hit .361/.449/.680 with 13 home runs and 39 steals (on 44 attempts) in 40 games in the ABL, but unfortunately we will have to wait for him to get healthy to see if that production will translate against High-A pitchers.
