Young went 2-for-3 with a solo home run in Monday's 5-2 loss to the Yankees.
EDGE Analysis
Young took Mark Leiter deep in the eighth inning, his second homer in his last 14 games after not going deep in his previous 47 games. Young's calling card this season has been his speed, as he's one of 10 players with at least 30 steals this season. The 25-year-old has started every game this month at center field and is hitting .282/.313/.436 over that span.

Young went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a stolen base in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Phillies.
EDGE Analysis
The center fielder came through in the top of the ninth inning as the Nats rallied from a 2-0 deficit. He drove home the tying run with a fielder's choice, though the Phillies walked it off in the bottom of the frame. Young has picked up the pace at the plate in August, slashing .271/.300/.396 through 14 games, and his 28 steals on the season put him in the top 10 in the majors.

Young went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional run scored Sunday against the Angels.
EDGE Analysis
Young's eighth-inning homer off fellow rookie Jack Kochanowicz broke up a scoreless outing by the young righty. He followed that up with an infield single then later scored as the Nats made a last-ditch albeit futile effort at a comeback in the ninth. It was the 24th multi-hit effort for Young this season and raised his average to .250 with two homers, 24 RBI, 62 runs and 27 steals in 33 attempts across 340 at-bats.

Young is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game in Arizona, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Young went 2-for-8 at the dish in the first two games of the series but will take a seat for Wednesday's finale. Alex Call will shift over to center field while Travis Blankenhorn draws a start in right.

Young went 2-for-4 with a double, two stolen bases and a run scored in Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Young has picked up steals in pairs, swiping two bags on three different occasions since the All-Star break. In that span, he's gone 8-for-28 (.286) with four RBI and seven runs scored. The outfielder is up to a .252/.317/.319 slash line with one home run, 26 thefts, 22 RBI, 54 runs scored, 14 doubles and a triple over 95 contests this season. The Nationals have been sellers so far, but the outfield is already clear enough for Young to operate as the everyday center fielder.

Young went 2-for-3 with a run, an RBI and two stolen bases in Saturday's 5-4 win against Cincinnati.
EDGE Analysis
Young plated the winning run in the close contest with a single to left field in the eighth inning. He also stole a pair of bases for the second straight day, increasing his total to 24 on the campaign. Young was slumping entering the All-Star break, but he's come out hot to start the second half, going 4-for-6 with the four thefts through two games.

Young went 2-for-3 with a double, a run scored and two stolen bases in Friday's win over the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
The Nationals ran wild on Tyler Stephenson and Cincy's pitching staff, going 5-for-5 in steal attempts on the night. Young had only one stolen base and zero multi-hit performances over his last 16 games before the All-Star break, a stretch in which he slashed a rough .151/.237/.170, but his defense in center field has kept him in the lineup despite his struggles at the plate.

Young went 1-for-4 with a run scored and a stolen base in Saturday's 14-6 win over the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
The 24-year-old center fielder doesn't offer much with his bat while hitting at the bottom of the order for the Nationals, but Young continues to be a nuisance when he reaches base. Through 78 big-league games this season he's slashing .261/.321/.327 with one homer, 18 RBI, 45 runs and 20 steals in 25 attempts. Washington's youth movement is in full swing, but Young isn't necessarily guaranteed to keep his spot in the starting lineup as Dylan Crews could be the next prospect the team brings up to The Show.

Young went 2-for-3 with two doubles, a run scored and a stolen base in a 3-1 loss to the Rays on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Young doubled in the third inning and again in the seventh. He then stole third and scored on an errant throw by Rays catcher Alex Jackson. Since June 21, the 24-year-old has four multi-hit efforts and nine runs scored in seven contests. On the season, he is hitting .272 with one home run, 18 RBI, 40 runs scored and 19 steals in 240 plate appearances.

Young went 0-for-3 with a run scored and his 18th stolen base of the season in Monday's extra-inning loss to the Padres.
EDGE Analysis
The center fielder was hit by a pitch to lead off the fifth inning, stole third base after a CJ Abrams infield single, then trotted home on a Joey Meneses knock. Young had racked up seven hits over the prior three games, and through 20 games in June he's slashing .262/.314/.354; however, Monday's steal was surprisingly his first of the month in three attempts.
