Jacob deGrom To Make Four More Starts rotoballer.com Tue 9/11/18 4:21 PM
New York Mets starting pitcher Jacob deGrom will have four more starts, including Tuesday night, before the end of the season. The Cy Young contender lost a potential start due to inclement weather last weekend. He's a must-start for fantasy owners anytime he toes the rubber.

Jason Vargas is on a month-long hot streak and shut down the Chicago Cubs in Wrigley. Wade Miley has pitched to[...]

Jacob deGrom Dominant Again on Tuesday rotoballer.com Wed 8/29/18 6:17 AM
New York Mets right-hander Jacob deGrom put together another fantastic outing on Tuesday against the Chicago Cubs. DeGrom went eight innings, allowing just one run on eight hits to go along with 10 strikeouts. Unfortunately, the Mets could not supply him with much run support, and the game was suspended in the 10th inning, robbing him of a potential win. Nonetheless, deGrom continues to dominate opponents and is firmly in the conversation for the National League Cy Young Award. He will toe the [...]

Jacob deGrom Handed Tough-Luck Loss on Thursday rotoballer.com Fri 8/24/18 7:05 AM
New York Mets right-hander Jacob deGrom was outdueled by the San Francisco Giants' Madison Bumgarner on Thursday in a low-scoring affair. DeGrom threw six innings, allowing just one earned run on four hits to go along with 10 strikeouts. Bumgarner was just a bit better, which dropped deGrom's record on the season to 8-8. Even with the loss, deGrom's ERA sits at a microscopic 1.71, and he remains one of the top candidates for the National League Cy Young Award despite playing on a below .500 te[...]
Jacob deGrom in Historic Company rotoballer.com Tue 8/21/18 1:39 PM
New York Mets right-hander Jacob deGrom continues to bolster his case for the Cy Young Award in the National League. Following his masterful complete game win over the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday, deGrom became just the fourth pitcher in NL history to record 200 strikeouts in a season and post a sub-2.00 ERA through 25 starts. DeGrom lowered his ERA to an insane 1.71 with the victory on Saturday and improved his record to 8-7. As long as deGrom continues to shut down opponents, it will b[...]
