Jacob deGrom Posts Another Quality Start rotoballer.com Sat 7/6/19 10:24 AM
New York Mets right-hander Jacob deGrom posted another great outing on Friday against the Philadelphia Phillies. DeGrom went seven innings, allowing just two runs on three hits to go along with 10 strikeouts. Since a rough patch early in the season, the righty has been every bit the ace he was last year in a Cy Young season. DeGrom will carry a 3.27 ERA into the All-Star break and should be one of the premier arms in the second half of the fantasy season.

New York Mets right-hander Jacob deGrom threw another quality start on Sunday against the Chicago Cubs. DeGrom went six innings, allowing just two runs on eight hits to go along with nine strikeouts. The ace was lifted after just 97 pitches but left the game with a lead. Unfortunately, the bullpen coughed up the lead late and cost deGrom a chance at a win. The righty will take a 3.25 ERA into his next start against the Atlanta Braves over the weekend.

Jacob deGrom Twirls Gem on Tuesday rotoballer.com Tue 6/18/19 10:33 PM
New York Mets right-hander Jacob deGrom brought his best stuff on Tuesday in a win over the Atlanta Braves. DeGrom tossed 8 1/3 innings of two-run ball, allowing just five hits while striking out 10. The win improved the righty's record to 4-6 on the season and lowered his ERA to 3.26 in the process. The fact that deGrom limited a red-hot Braves offense was an even more welcoming sign for fantasy owners. The ace will take the mound again this weekend against the Chicago Cubs.
Jacob deGrom Hopes to Cool Down Braves on Tuesday rotoballer.com Tue 6/18/19 1:42 PM
New York Mets right-hander Jacob deGrom will look to shut down the red-hot Atlanta Braves on Tuesday in a matchup on the road. DeGrom is 1-6 in his last seven starts but has mostly been victimized by poor run support during that stretch. The Braves present a tough matchup, especially at SunTrust Park, but deGrom's sheer talent alone should be enough for him to remain a must-start for fantasy owners on Tuesday.
Jacob deGrom Hit With Tough Loss Friday rotoballer.com Sat 6/8/19 10:54 AM
New York Mets right-hander Jacob deGrom took a hard-luck loss on Friday against the Colorado Rockies. DeGrom went six innings, allowing just two runs on two hits to go along with 10 strikeouts. However, the Mets did not provide the righty with enough run support, dropping his record to 3-6 on the season. Despite the loss, deGrom has put together back-to-back quality starts after a small rough patch. The ace will take the mound against the St. Louis Cardinals next week.

Jacob deGrom Frustrated By Last Outing rotoballer.com Tue 6/4/19 2:33 PM
New York Mets starting pitcher Jacob deGrom (hip) was frustrated that he was pulled from his last outing early as a precaution after suffering a cramp in his hip. He was at just 89 pitches against Arizona on Saturday when the team decided to take him out with two outs in the seventh inning, and the Mets bullpen blew a four-run lead to lose in 11 innings. deGrom allowed five hits and an earned run while walking one and striking out seven in 6 2/3 frames in the no-decision. Jacob deGrom Has Tough Matchup on Monday rotoballer.com Mon 5/27/19 10:39 AM
New York Mets right-hander Jacob deGrom will be tested again on Monday in a matchup against the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Dodgers are second in the league in runs scored and the top offense in the National League. The Mets ace struggled a bit against Los Angeles last season, going 0-1 with a 3.00 ERA in two starts. That says a lot, considering last year was deGrom's most dominant season of his career. You should still start your studs, and deGrom certainly qualifies, but don't be surprised to se[...]
