Ziegler pitched a perfect ninth inning Friday to pick up his seventh save of the season in a 1-0 win over the Giants. Ziegler continues to be effective, converting his fourth straight save. The only worry is the home-run ball and his low strikeout rate. The only two runs he's allowed in the last month have come on solo homers, and he's also failed to record a strikeout since May 22. That said, it appears he has the closer role locked up for the time being.
