Relief pitcher Zack Littell has been traded by the Texas Rangers to the Boston Red Sox on Friday. The right-hander hasn't appeared in the big leagues this season but turned in a 2.25 ERA and a big-time 29.2% K-BB% across eight appearances with Triple-A Round Rock before moving on to the Red Sox organization.
