Yu Darvish was locked in on Sunday, as he pitched eight shutout innings while giving up just five hits and two walks and striking out 12 batters in the Rangers' 2-0 win over Washington. Darvish, who was engaged in a pitcher's duel with the Nationals' Tanner Roark, overpowered Washington's lineup and got just enough run support to pick up his fifth win (5-2) of the year. Darvish lowered his ERA to 2.08 on the year and now owns a 83/21 K/BB ratio.
