Yu Darvish has been diagnosed with a tight right quad. Darvish felt the discomfort during his between-outings bullpen session on Tuesday. The Rangers will reevaluate him Wednesday before deciding what to do about his next scheduled start (Thursday vs. the Twins). Rangers manager Ron Washington expressed optimism that the Japanese right-hander would be fine.
