Yankees released OF Greg Golson. Golson appeared in a handful of games with the Yankees this season, but spent the majority of the year with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, batting .263/.330/.385 with eight home runs, 33 RBI, 15 stolen bases and a .716 OPS over 429 plate appearances. The 26-year-old outfielder shouldn't have a problem finding a new home.
