Yankees purchased the contract of RHP Scott Proctor from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. The Yanks signed Proctor to a minor league deal on August 13 after he was let go by the Braves. A 34-year-old righty, he will act as a middle reliever down the stretch.
