Yankees optioned OF Chris Dickerson to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Ramiro Pena was initially expected to be sent down to make room for Derek Jeter, but the Yankees will keep him around in light of Eduardo Nunez's recent hamstring tightness. Dickerson is 6-for-20 (.300) with two doubles and three RBI with the Bombers this season.
