Yankees manager Joe Girardi said Thursday that Brendan Ryan (back, hamstring) is about a week away from being activated. Ryan has been playing in extended spring training games for a week, though he had a mini-setback earlier this week when his hamstring tightened up on him. However, it sounds like he's back on track and will rejoin the Yankees in early May.
