Yankees manager Joe Girardi confirmed Ivan Nova will start Sunday against the Rays. Phil Hughes was the scheduled starter, but would have been pitching on short rest. Nova has 2.04 ERA over three starts with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre last month.
