Yahoo! Sports' Tim Brown reports that the Dodgers have signed Brian Wilson to a one-year, $10 million contract. The deal also includes a player option for 2015 that ranges from $9-10 million, depending on how many appearances Wilson makes in 2014. "The Beard" apparently wasn't able to find a closing gig for enough money somewhere else, so he'll stick around as a high-priced setup man for Kenley Jansen. Wilson allowed just one run in 19 2/3 innings between the regular season and postseason in 2013.
