Yahoo! Sports' Jeff Passan reports that the Phillies are "past the tire-kicking stage" with Michael Bourn and are "trying to gauge price." With the outfield market dwindling and the Phillies not considered to be players for Josh Hamilton or Nick Swisher, they're focusing their attention on Bourn. The Mariners appear to be the other team hot on Bourn at the moment, though that could certainly change. A former Phillie, Bourn is reportedly seeking a deal bigger than the five-year, $75.25 million contract B.J. Upton received.
