X-rays on Omar Quintanilla's left index finger inconclusive of a fracture. Quintanilla injured the finger on a diving play in Wednesday's game, but started Thursday and went 2-for-3. He'll be further examined when the team returns to New York, but the finger remains an issue. The Mets are shorthanded in their middle infield right now, so Jordany Valdespin would fill in if Quintanilla needs to miss time.
