X-rays on Marco Scutaro's left hip came back negative. He's set to undergo an MRI. Giants manager Bruce Bochy said the second baseman is "pretty sore," but he's hopeful he'll be ready to play in Game 3 after the off day Tuesday. Scutaro was injured in the first inning of Monday's game when Matt Holliday took him out on a rough slide at second base.
