Baltimore Orioles outfielder Anthony Santander (ankle) suffered an ankle injury in the first inning of Tuesday's game against the Miami Marlins. He left the game and was replaced by Austin Hays. Santander underwent X-rays after the game and they came back negative. He does however have an ankle sprain and he is set to undergo an MRI on Wednesday.
