Grossman (knee) underwent X-rays that came back negative Friday, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.

Grossman exited Friday's loss to the Blue Jays in the bottom of the eighth inning after fouling a ball off his right knee, and he's tentatively considered day-to-day after his exams didn't reveal anything too concerning.
