Manager Terry Collins did experiment with Wright in the two-hole in a recent spring game, but this is still somewhat surprising to see considering Wright hasn't hit any higher than third since 2010. Curtis Granderson will lead off for New York against Max Scherzer, with Lucas Duda batting third and Michael Cuddyer batting cleanup.
