Wright, who is out of the lineup Wednesday for a normal day off, is dealing with a sore right shoulder, Matz will have his start skipped Saturday due to elbow soreness, Adam Rubin of ESPN New York reports.

Manager Terry Collins provided this news Wednesday and believes the soreness may be due to Wright throwing sidearm more frequently to compensate for his back issues. As of now, there are no plans to sit Wright more often than what has been done to keep his back healthy. But if the soreness continues, Wilmer Flores could be in line for more playing time.
