Wright (hamstring) took live batting practice Wednesday, Adam Rubin of ESPN New York reports. Wright has also resumed running straight ahead, but hasn't progressed to being able to turn while running yet. Manager Terry Collins indicated he wasn't sure about the next steps for Wright, suggesting that he may not need a rehab stint, but the third baseman appears to still be at least a week away from a return at this point.
