Wright (back) expects to play this season sooner rather than later, but still does not know when he plans to return, ESPN New York reports. After the news regarding Wright was generally optimistic, it has taken a turn. According to reports, Wright has been meeting with doctors every Monday, but there has been no real positive news regarding the spinal stenosis. Doctors do say, however, that they don't want to perform surgery on Wright because of how young he is. It is completely up in the air as to when Wright will be able to return to the field.
