Withrow (elbow) is headed to the Braves along with Juan Uribe in a trade that sends Alberto Callaspo, Ian Thomas, Eric Stults, and Juan Jaime to the Dodgers, MLB.com's Mark Bowman reports. Withrow is still working his way back from Tommy John surgery, but the Braves are hoping he can regain the form that has produced a 2.73 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 71 strikeouts over 56 big league innings. If he can, Withrow could factor into the closer mix in Atlanta at some point.
