Withrow (elbow) has been placed on the 60-day DL, ESPN's Arash Markazi reports.The move to the 60-day DL comes as little surprise as he underwent Tommy John surgery back in June. In 20 appearances in 2014, Withrow had a 2.95 ERA with 28 strikeouts and 18 walks.
