With plenty of scouts in attendance, Jake Peavy pitched pretty well against the Tigers Thursday, allowing four runs over seven innings in a 7-4 victory. The right-hander allowed just four hits, issued two free passes and struck out seven. The three longballs served up wasn't encouraging, but, overall, it was a solid showing in a tough matchup. Peavy holds a 4.15 ERA and 10/2 K/BB ratio over two starts since being activated from the disabled list. He's currently slated to start next Tuesday in Cleveland, though there's a good chance he's traded before then.
