Wisler gave up five runs on five hits and three walks while striking out three over five innings in a loss to the Red Sox on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
After allowing just one unearned run over 6.2 innings against the Dodgers his last time out, Wisler was knocked around for four runs in the first inning Tuesday. The fifth run against Wisler scored on a wild pitch in the top of the fifth. Wisler once again received little help from the Braves' offense, as they were only able to score two runs in eight innings against David Price, and that will likely remain a theme for Wisler and all Braves pitchers throughout the season.
