Wisler (2-6) was tagged for eight runs on nine hits in just four innings Sunday against the Dodgers. He walked three and struck out five.
EDGE Analysis
Wisler's streak of six-consecutive quality starts came to an end in a big way. After a stellar May, in which he allowed just two home runs in 43 innings, the right-hander gave up three longballs in his first start of June. Wisler has been the rare bright spot on MLB's worst team in 2016, and he's deserving of a free-pass on this one. The righty will try to rebound next time out when he takes the hill against the Cubs on Saturday.
