Wisler (1-2) tossed eight shutout innings with four strikeouts and allowed just one hit and two walks in Tuesday's win over the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
Wisler didn't miss many bats (seven swinging strikes), but he changed speeds effectively, ranging from 76 MPH with his curveball to 96.4 MPH with his fastball. As a result, the Mets were off balance all night, and although they launched 14 fly balls off Wisler, none of them were able to leave the yard. Wisler hasn't been so lucky for much of the year -- he has surrendered four homers in his five starts -- but he has still been effective thus far, with a 3.24 ERA in 33.1 innings.
