Willis agreed to a minor league contract with the Brewers on Wednesday that includes an invite to spring training, Jerry Crasnick of ESPN.com reports. Willis hasn't pitched in the major leagues since 2011, and spent most of 2014 playing independent ball with the Bridgeport Bluefish. At age 33, he will likely need a big spring training to nab a roster spot with the Brewers, but the club has few lefties on the pitching staff which may give him an outside shot with a strong performance.
