Whitley (elbow) will start Thursday for Double-A Montgomery in what could be his final rehab start, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Given his string of increasingly impressive performances, Whitley may have a chance for a call-up to the big league club if Thursday's start goes as well as his four previous appearances.
