White Sox transferred RHP Gavin Floyd from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day disabled list. The move clears a spot for the newly-claimed Mike McDade on the 40-man roster. Floyd is slated to undergo season-ending Tommy John surgery on his right elbow and will likely miss the early part of 2014.
