White Sox signed RHP Felipe Paulino. No word yet on the terms of the agreement. Paulino sat out for the entire 2013 season due to shoulder issues, but he's expected to carry a clean bill of health into the spring of 2014 and is capable of a big bounceback summer. The 30-year-old righty had a 1.67 ERA and 39 strikeouts in 37 2/3 innings with the Royals in 2012.
