The Chicago White Sox reinstated third baseman Yoan Moncada (hamstring) and left-hander Aaron Bummer (shoulder) from the injured list on Monday and optioned outfielders Adam Haseley and Mark Payton to Triple-A Charlotte in corresponding moves. The team also outrighted right-hander Tobias Myers to Charlotte.
