White Sox manager Robin Ventura confirmed after Saturday's game that Gavin Floyd will be placed on the disabled list with a flexor muscle strain in his right elbow. Hector Santiago will take over Floyd's spot in the White Sox rotation and Deunte Heath will be recalled from Triple-A to join the bullpen. Floyd missed around three weeks with a similar injury during the 2012 season.
