Wei-Yin Chen went 6 1/3 innings allowing just two runs but took a no-decision against the Royals on Tuesday. The bullpen blew Chen's victory as the Orioles went on to win anyway, but it doesn't take away from the left-hander's good start. Chen scattered nine hits in the effort, striking out two. He doesn't offer much upside from a fantasy perspective, but he's good for a useful ERA and a few strikeouts per game. He'll next take the mound Sunday against the Twins.
