Wei-Yin Chen pitched decently, allowing three runs on five hits over five innings against the Red Sox on Friday. Chen struck out four and walked three in the game, and needed 100 pitches to labor through five innings of work. He was in line to pick up his first major league loss, until the Orioles rallied late to take him off the hook. He remains 2-0 on the season, though he still owns an impressive 2.76 ERA. He'll attempt to get back to his winning ways when he takes on the Rangers next week.
