Wei-Yin Chen (oblique) could be ready to return from the disabled list in early July. Chen, out since May 27 with a right oblique strain, threw off a full mound Monday and is scheduled to pitch a simulated game Thursday. The Orioles will likely want him to make at least one rehab start before coming off the disabled list.
