Wei-Yin Chen allowed three runs and six hits in five innings Saturday against the Red Sox. Chen's velocity hasn't come back as hoped this spring (he lost a few mph off his fastball in his final season in Japan), so he isn't looking like a great bet for fantasy purposes. He should be able to hold his own as is, but Orioles pitchers have it much tougher than most and it makes fantasy value tough to come by.
