Webb was just activated from the DL over the weekend, and he'll now be removed from the 40-man roster. The right-hander will be subject to waivers, and if he passes through unclaimed will likely land at Triple-A. Tampa Bay recalled right-hander Danny Farquhar to take Webb's spot on the roster.
