Weaver (8-7) allowed one run on six hits and one walk while striking out one over seven innings to earn the win Sunday against the White Sox.

The only run Weaver allowed came in the third inning, and the Angels gave him eight runs of support to easily get him his eighth victory of 2016. He's now allowed just one run in each of his two July outings to lower his ERA to 5.02 on the year. He'll make his next start Saturday at the Astros.
