Wandy Rodriguez (elbow) will throw once every three days early on in camp before being re-evaluated. The other Pirates' pitchers are throwing every other day, but the club wants Rodriguez to get extra rest after ended last season with arthritis in his elbow. The left-hander looks to be in line to be ready for the start of the season at this point, but Opening Day is still a ways away.
