Wandy Rodriguez cruised to an easy victory against the Reds on Friday, giving up two runs on six hits over his six innings of work. The Astros offense staked Wandy to a 6-0 lead early on, and he did his part by shutting down the Reds. He racked up six strikeouts and walked two in the process. He's now 2-2 with a very impressive 1.72 ERA through his first five starts. He'll look to continue his strong start when he takes on the Mets next time out.
