Wandy Rodriguez could receive an injection for his left elbow on Monday. It was previously reported that he was given a cortisone shot Sunday, but evidently that was premature. He could still receive one, though, as the Pirates are having a tough time getting a handle on Rodriguez's forearm/elbow issue following a couple setbacks.
