Walters was recalled from Triple-A Columbus on Tuesday. Walters will move into the utility role previously occupied by Mike Aviles, who is now expected to get most of the playing time at shortstop. It won't be surprising if Walters gets a few starts per week, but he still has little to offer besides power.
