Walden (biceps) began throwing earlier this week, MLB.com reports. After a shutdown period that lasted almost six weeks, Walden recently picked up a baseball again, clearing the first major hurdle in his recovery from a right shoulder strain. There is no timetable for him to return to elevated ground, but Walden said he's still aiming to return before the All-Star break.
