Wainwright will start Friday against the Phillies, Jenifer Langosch of MLB.com reports. The Cardinals will take advantage of an off day and move Wainwright up to start Friday on normal rest, with Shelby Miller bumped back to Saturday. In doing so, the Cardinals will have their ace available to start next Wednesday's series finale against the division rival Pirates.
