Wainwright described his elbow as "fixed now" following late October surgery and expects to have no restrictions to start spring training, MLB.com reports. He started a throwing program the same time he did prior to last season, which saw him finish third in the NL Cy Young vote. Owners should be thrilled if the 33-year old can put up similar numbers again in 2015.
